Disgusting customer service

<p>Purchased a fridge from OK Furniture Midrand over two weeks ago, still not delivered.....to make it even worse the staff does not communicate with and give you an update of when they will deliver or what is the hold up.. I continuesly have to make follow ups, you call in and the lady by the name of Martha who does not have any customer service experience what so ever just listens to you and says no word. I asked them for a refund and they told me that they dont have money???????????? so such a big shop does not have mmoney to refund me neither do they have a fridge.</p>
