DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR OF MANAGER @OK FURNITURE STORE MITCHELL'S PLAIN

I have had the most horrible experience with Ok furniture in Mitchell's Plain, I went to Ok Furniture to ask them to reserve a couch for me, I was told that they do not reserve stock, OK FINE I bought the couch now I am going to collect the couch in store the is another customer that is fighting for the couch that is sold to me, Apparently the couch was reserves for her, after I was told that they do not reserve stock

OK FINE, the couch is sold to me, I am here in store to collect the couch, did these people not cancel my sale without any communication with me, yet I am in the store, did they not sell my couch to the other customer lady while I am there to collect

I was there to purchase a bed as well; I walk out of there with NO COUCH, No REFUND AND NO BED the way I was so upset

Apparently, the Store manager is afraid of his employee named Warren the guy that reserve the couch after he told my sales personal to sell the couch to me, I did not know Ok Furniture is a ****A SHOP

I just want to know what kind of a business you are running in ok Furniture in Mitchell's plain I am DISGUSTED
