Disgusted service

I’m very disappointed in Ok furniture airport mall Belhar. I Bought a top loader washing machine by them but it was on lay buy when I collect it I opens it to test it the machine was wet inside. I then load it with water to test it Nd it didn’t work. I went back to the store on several occasions they told me they will send a mechanic Nd my question was how can u fix something that’s suppose to be new Nd then I refuse to let the mechanics touch it . I went back to the store Nd ask them to have a smaller size coz the one that they sell to me was to big coz we only 2 people in the house the sales lady her name is Mary said she will order a new one Nd will contact me but until now nothing happend I’m still sitting with this washing machine What must I do with a thing that’s not working. I decided that I don’t want a new washing machine I want my money back
