Disgruntled customer

What I'm about to write here is shocking to the core, my mom a 81years old woman, bought a bed at OK furnishers in Southgate Mall, late last year, 1st they brought a wrong bed , it took a lot of work for them to get it changed after so much fights, to that they brought a display model since a double that my mother wanted was not there anymore, the display unbeknown to us came with bedbugs, those things manifested the whole time the bed was here at home with us, the reason in believing that is my cousin came to visit a month after the bed was bought, she slept on that bed nd was beaten by something nd I thought nothing of it since it was a new bed, 3 weeks ago it started getting worse , that when we saw we got a problem , they were now everywhere , pest controllers were called, emails were written to OK furnishes, they asked for photos nd got it, to date they haven't came back to us, my mom thought it's mosquitoes biting her. I still can believe what they made her endure, how badly they treating our senior citizen, I'm appalled by their behavior. They brought filth into our house. My take is that the display came from a customer , they delivered a wrong bed to a customer like they did with our 1st one, took it back to the store , put it on display instead of taking it back to the supplier nd gave that filthy bed to my mom, I'm sad nd frustrated by such poor behavior/ service
