Discussing service and bogus contracts

My mother took out a 36 month account for a 50 inch Telefunken led tv at the Dobsonville branch with an additional extended warranty fee expiring 2025/01/01 all at monthly feebof R500pm however since May 2023 the has been in and out for repairs due to manufacturer faulties. The tv set has been subsequently been taken by the store since October with no replacement given and we have been informed she can only get a small size regardless of the extended warranty she's paying for.The contract we have clearly stipulates that if tv set fails due to manufacture issues in a a set period it will be replaced however the store refuses tillto date.The store consultant by the name of Nomsa had said she will replace the tv if we have the extended warranty but has since retracted that due to store policies not making "profit" she says.For a customer whose never skipped payment they treat us like *******...I would never recommend this store even if it was the last.
