Disappointed n uncertisfied customer

Unhappy customer On the 19 /10/2019 I bought 6 pce Buckingham chaise suit while they delivered it for the 1st day I noticed that every coaches its broken, I reported to OK Mtubatuba Mananger immediately , he promised to fetch and fix it but till today nothing happen I used to go to store report he always promising,Due to covid I was not well didn't get time to go to the store and I was very angry that they didn't take the matter further only empty promises
