Disappointed by the lack of customer service and Integrity

I am very disappointed with the service I got from OK Furniture at Denlyn Mall(Mamelodi West)! I laybyed a washing machine and wanted to change the layby and take a fridge instead since m almost done paying but I'm being told abt a customer copy that thy have me when doing the layby! Bare in mind that its misplaced however I have slips.

I would like to caution anyone whose thinking of doing business with this entity to think twice because WOW!!! The customer service is only available when you bring in the money but none existant when u require assistance!!!

I'm utterly disgusted and disappointed by how I am treated as a customer! And I know canceling my layby and getting my refund is surely going to be a mission since they cannot assist me with a mere layby!

OK needs to up their game and start taking customers serious!
