Disappointed by Ok furniture

Good day Am not happy with ok furniture I brought hisense washing machine 3 week.First week the machine gave me problems of water just flowing without washing, I report it to them,they told me they will send somebody from hisense to check the machine.The guy came to check it told me am not using it correct I must not select water levels when am washing it will do it automatically,he said the is nothing wrong with the machine he left. I then try to do my washing with it as the guy told me but it gave me same problems water just flow with washing.Then I decided to return the machine to ok furniture I asked for a new machine they told me I must give them time for hisense to come I check the machine am still waiting no one is telling me anything.I really disappointed with Ok furniture as me and my family we being buying our products there for a long time.Am hurt I work long hours I really need the washing machine I can't be doing my laundry with hands as am tired. Pls someone help me.
