Disappointed by Cashier

I went to Theku Plaza in Newcastle in need of a kettle so I decided to check at OK Furniture. we were helped by Sibongile Vilakazi who was very helpful and friendly. she sent us to pay for the Kettle at the Payments section and we were assisted by Ms Mgidi who rather didn't even bother to reply to our greeting to her, she kept talking to the Cashier sitting next to her but finally we paid and went back to Sibongile tested the Kettle and accompanied us to the security by the door to stamp our receipt. I would appreciate if all the shop assistants were like Sbongile.
