disappointed

I bought a bed in feb 2020 from ok furniture. I reported it in August 2020 as the mattress was sagging. I was told that a new bed is being ordered from me. Until now im still waiting for that bed, now they are telling me that the bed is out of warranty but i reported it when it was still under warranty.
