Disappointed

I bought a fridge on the 16 February 2021 but after few days I noticed that the cooling side is not working at all and on the 8th of March I reported the matter to Defy and they gave me a reference number promising to send a technician but up to this date no one came not even a call, Also on the 9th of March I went to the store also they promised to send a technician even on the 19th March I called the store again. I'm stuck with a refrigerator that is not working now and no one seem to care.
