Despicable customer service

I assisted my domestic worker with purchasing a fridge and wardrobe from this store. I dealt with sales person Patricia. It was a cash transaction. An amount of R5908 was paid on 13 July 2015 at another branch and shortly thereafter the fridge was delivered. I was informed that the wardrobe would be delivered in 2 wks time. No delivery was made. I called 28 July and was told the delivery would be made the following day. No delivery was made. I called several times, leaving messages. My calls never returned. Yesterday 17 August I spoke to store manager Trudie Kameel who told me that she was only informed \today"and that she did not know that we were \""so desperate for a wardrobe\"". No apology given. She said that they have stock but that delivery would only be possible in 3 wks time or \""you can go and fetch it\"" I advised that I had paid delivery costs and that this was unacceptable. She suggested that I get my money back. What a despicable display of contempt towards a customer. She was \""bored\"" by my complaint & as I stopped talking"
