Dents on defy fridge

I am quite disappointed with Ok furniture in Randfontein. I bought a fridge cash but they delivered a fridge with dents/huge scratches. I have gone there for replacement and I am still waiting. I complained within 7 days of buying it for them to replace it. Until now I am waiting
