Delivery not honored

Placed an order online and never received my order, when I enquire I was told to collect from store and they will refund me. Order status doe not even update, for me this was so inconveniencing I fail to understand why they would have an option for us to order online knowing they will not fulfill the delivery. It is so annoying.
