Delivery delay unit paid up

Bought a deep freezer at ok furniture store in Siyabuswa Tuesday and we were promised delivery yesterday and today when we went to inquire about the delivery they now changed the story and say unit will be delivered tomorrow as the truck has not delivered, a consultant called me to offer me the display, told her I'm willing to accept it at a discounted price she refused and told me I have to wait for my delivery, my concern is that they keep postponing the delivery date since the date if purchased and we have a funeral at home by the time its delivered there wont be much needed for it as we need it to store food.the service we received from their consultants is not acceptable.
