Delivery

My mom bought a restonic bed last year during the black friday sale. However the bed mattress was faulty and we had to to call the store to come and collect the mattress we were taken from pillar to post with no direct assistance but finally they managed to come and collect the mattress. Now the store is busy calling my mom to come collect the mattress or pay R280 for delivery. Had the store checked the mattress before it left its premises we wouldn't be in this situation. My mom payed for the first delivery which was a private delivery so there's no way shes gonna pay again all of this its not his fault. So can the store please deliver my mom's mattress.
