Delay in service repairing

I have bought a Sony Radio at Ok Furniture's and I have returned it at and taken it back to the store.<br> they have advised that it will be taken to the manufacturer and no response has been given from the store when going back into the store I'm being turned away as they claim they still awaiting its arrival from the repairs
