Defy thermo fan stove

I bought a 4 plate stove for my parents in september 2014. We later discovered that the oven door doesn't close fully due to a dent on the inner side only of the oven door. We then logged a complaint at the store and we were told that they will send someone to investigate the matter until now they haven't sent anyone.
