DEFY FRIDGE

I bought a DEFY fridge at OK FURNITURE in Upington on 24 April 2024, from the day I brought the fridge up until now it has been some unusual noise which I did report to OK FURNITURE STORE. They sent out a technician to come look at the fridge and the first day he told me he does not see anything faulty, the unusual noise continued and I requested that they should replace it with a new one because I don't need a refund, the technician Jaco Smith was sent out again and instead of dealing with the matter at hand he goes and tell the people of OK about my living space which was uncalled for and very ********* as a new fridge is not supposed to make the noise of a 5 year old fridge. And strangely enough the same technician is telling me a story but goes around telling OK and DEFY different story. I just want a refund as I'm entitled to one which is stated so on my contract
