Defy C376

On the 16 April i bought a fridge from Ok Furniture in Lethabile. the Fridge was delivered on the 18 April. it only worked for an hour of which my perishable goods were damaged to the value of R400.00. countless calls were made and they then brought the technicians from Defy to check the fridge. I really comand them on the service and efficiancy they gave and adviced that it was factory fault, the shop needs to come and collect the fridge. From the 21 April until today, they have been procustinating in collecting the damaged goods and deliverying of a new one. I am now expected to pay my account month end for a fridge that i hadly used. please assist.
