Complaint Regarding Defective Bed

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding a bed I purchased from OK Furniture in July. Unfortunately, the bed has started shrinking and is no longer in the condition I expected it to be after such a short period of use.

I am concerned that the bed may be defective or of poor quality, as I have only had it for a short time. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and advise me on the appropriate solution, such as a repair, replacement, or other suitable remedy.

Please let me know what information or documents you require from me. I can provide my proof of purchase and photographs of the bed if necessary.
