Debt collected/ tracers who are rude and annoying

The debt collecters who are used by OK and House and home are very rude.<br> They have two ladies who call even after 8 at knight and they dont even want to know who they are talking to but they just tell you to go make a payment the following day and they don't want you to say anything but they just shout at the customers.<br> We bought a washing machine at House and home and we fell behind with the installment and the lady called and said we were R2000 in arreas and she will do us a favour and split it in two instalments of R1000 for two months to get the account up to date.<br> Indeed we paid the two instalments end of july and August, come end of september i went to pay R500 on the account and she calls nd says we are still another R500 short. Is this a real business or they are using those women to harass us on the phones and demand more money every month. <br> Those women go to the extend of threatening us with messages telling us that they are on their way to pick up the machine and when they are suppose to listen to us they don't but they shout and tell you to listen, their number is ***. i recommend no one to buy on credit from House and home/ OK furnitures
