Debit orders not being done

Its been a struggle trying to get this account sorted out. Ive spent countless hours on the phone.

My debit orders are not going off even though I've asked in store for them to be done on the 28th. Its now the first, which means I now need to travel to a store to get that sorted out yet again.

The form on the website, sends me out office messages for months now and when you call there is no assistance because you are on hold for hours.

The reason why i set up debit orders is because i dont have time to go to a store.

So annoyed.
