Hi

I bought a fridge and later on when I check my documents I noticed that there was an extra money (R2299.00) added on for extended warranty and I was told that its compulsory. Meaning I have no choice.

This makes no sense to me because I should not be forced to take an extended warranty as a consumer

Why would I pay so much for something that I do not need. A fridge comes with a manufacturer warranty which is 3 years and I am being forced in way to pay another Money of which I don't have.

First time buying from you guys and the question is am I going to come back....
