Damaged Microwave cannot be repaired

I bought a microwave for OK Furnitues in January 2015 after 3 weeks the microwave door keptd getting stuck and started giving us problems. we took the microwave back to the store and requested them to fix it for us as it was still under gaurantee. a guy by the name of dumisani assisted us and promised to call us back but till to date we havenet received anything. we have tried to call countless times with no assistance. <br> <br> kindly assist us with eaither getting our microwabe back or getting a refund for the microwave
