DAMAGED GOODS

on or about the 16th May 2014 myself (Dimakatso Membry Rakidi) and my mother (Matilda Mary Rakidi) entered into a credit agreement with OK FURNITURE wherein i purchased a three piece room divider and my mother purchased a three piece kitchen Unit. <br> <br> It happened that on delivery of the good we noticed that the goods had defects on them particularly the room divider, the doors were not closing property and at the bottom it had a tear, we then reported this to the shop immediately and our sales lady, (Tshegofatso) promised to send someone to attend to it. <br> <br> We regret to inform that to date the complaint has not been attended to by the shop. During August 2014 we reported to them yet again that the kitchen unit is also giving us problems in that the Door and the inside cabinets are falling down moreover the paint of the kitchen unit has excessively worn out in most places of the kitchen unit and they promised to attend to the matter. <br> <br> We inform that we have attended at the shop on numerous occasions without any assistance instead they keep promising us to attend to the matter. we are informed by Tshegofatsho that the complaint was referred to the supplier.<br> <br> please assist us.
