Damaged friege,wnat a new one

My name is Bulelwa Feni, I am asking for your help. I have been harassed but OK Furniture's about the fridge. and I paid it for cash R 3 789 on 15 December 2015, on January 2016 in the second week the fridge just got a lot of ice and not working properly.<br> <br> I called them they said they will bring their electrician to fix my fridge and I didn't want that I wanted another fridge and if they cant, they must bring my money back, I took a car and took the fridge back to OK my self and what I notice is that when you work in the townships there is no respect for customers but they are scared of white people while they see that what they are doing is wrong. and as long they get paid they just don't care. My food is getting rotten I have to ask my neighbor to keep my food refrigerated. please help I need my money back.
