Damage laptop

Am do disappointed ,am angry at the same time , Saturday me and my fiance go to ok furniture to buy laptop . The laptop HP is R5999 and they gave us second hand laptop and you can see the laptop was used abdbit was late already by the time we arrive home and open it. Sunday morning we go to the shop with the laptop andvwhdn we arrive and telling them our problem they try to defend them self after 15 minutes the other lady come and explain the problem admitting that they know about the laptop they are sorry , ohk is fibe guve us our money back they said is sunday they can't give us money but the truck from Bethal will come the following day to deliver the laptop can we please wait for it .monday we call because we see time is going they **** it was 13:13 that the truck us near by until 3:40 i go inside the shop to want my money because now we are fools they don't want to give it yo me they said they want the person who's name is on the slip to come and that person is at work outside Standerton?, i just beed my money to buy it somewhere in peace the wirse part all the store staff knew about the laptop faulty
