Damage bed

I am a pensioner that bought a bed at OK FURNISHERS KURUMAN on 20 November 2020. A few weeks later a realize that this bed is damage and went to the store to complain. They told to take picture i ask my son we took it and they said it isnot write we have to take others.i than ask my daughtet and we took it again.They said it will take 14 days than it will be solved.
