Customer service very poor

<p>Was at OK furniture on the 10TH Jan 2017 and had to wait for 3 hours to receive assistance</p> <p>There's a coloured male sales assistant that does not have Customer Service experience and needs to be trained on how customers should be treated in that store.</p> <p>After a long wait (3 hours ) we still left without receiving the product even though our credit was approved.</p> <p>Service is pathetic .....</p> <p>This store needs to be exposed. </p> <p> </p>
