CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PUTRID

This so called furniture company OK furniture customer service is pathetic PERIOD!!!! I bought my parents a new 3 piece lounge set beautiful, until we discovered the upholstery was not as perfect as it seemed... So we contacted them and weeks later they brought a new set and collected the first set then the second sets 3 seaters backrest was loose and the single seat had a staple sticking out that deeply scratch my leg which i took photos of and showed it to the guy in the store helping with the situation he then said that they will look into this as we not the first people complaining about the same lounge set and still today we are waiting for an outcome ridiculous and please be mindful of the fact that it was bought CASH. PATHETIC SERVICE. Everytime we go back to ask how far the outcome is they cant tell us anything just we must be patient. So the 22/06/2021 we received a call from a manager asking if they can send there people to come and fix the couches at our home how unprofessional so they going to need to set up a sewing machine a take the couches apart to stable it and all of the above how about you just give back they money so we can go and buy some other place..... Im so disgusted by the service
