Could not fix my laptop and its insured

I bought a laptop on march 2014 and within a month my laptop keypad Caesar gave me a problem, I took it back to the shop they kept it there for about 2-3 months and at that time i was expected to pay monthly install and interest are been included. Few weeks after it gave me the same problem i returned it for the second, third and the forth time that's were by Mr January told me that he found out that the person who was suppose to book it did not all this time he kept it at the back. And when I took insurance for it they told me that If I return it to the shop for the third time with the same mistake I will get a new one and did not tell me about the software thing and to me it seems as if they gave me an old laptop because since from the beginning it gave me a problem. The time I returned it again the new man who makes the bookings at the back mistreated me telling he do not have time for that and it can't be fixed,I asked for manager she said I should book it again and she asked me what happened I explained to her and she said I should book it then will see from there. Now I have my laptop not fixed but I still have to pay it and the insurance which they can not counsel .
