Complian about broken sofa

I bought 3 piece Kingston sofas at OK furniture Polokwane next to Shoprite for cash on 24 September 2014. After 2 months I realised that one sofa had broken leg and was touching the floor. I reported this to the store in December 2014 and was told that they already closed at the repairs department and that I will be assisted in January. <br> In January I waited for the response but none was received. I therefore made a follow up and they promised to assist me. January ended and nothing happened, then February and March ended as well,<br> <br> I even went to the store and they told me that the person that deals with repairs will call me and make arrangements with me. I even sent them pictures showing the damage.<br> Every time I call to find out when are planning to attend to my issue, they say I must wait they will send someone to fetch it at my house. It is now April and when I call I am promised that someone will call me but no one calls me.<br> I feel that salespersons from this store only help their customers when they want us to buy.<br> I am really frustrated because I bought the items for cash and now they don't want to fix the sofa and just play games. <br> I really regret buying at their store
