Complaint lodged

Logged a complaint on 4 September regarding a bed we bought. The regional manager lodged the complaint for us and ref 879/01. He confirmed we need to wait one day before someone will get back to us. I phoned yesterday 6 September and the manager was in a meeting and then when I phoned again the manager confirmed the trucks were already out noboday can assist and @9:00 on 7 September someone will be at my house. Today 7 September until now no one has been at my house and I have received 2 sms's that my complaint has been logged S172279 S172280. Please can I have feedback asap Philip ********** 752
