Complaint

My name is Andisiwe gosani I am very disappointed I bought tv Hisense and a washing machine from Ok furniture (Zevenwacht, voortrekker road,Kuilsriver,Cape town). Tv was insured while paying it but unfortunately got ****** we claimed for new one and we were given an Omega tv brand which was a different brand and very difficult to navigate brought it to the store numerous times and they told us different stories and refused to take it. I’m writting this to inform and seeking help because we still paying Hisense and stuck with Omega tv brand that they take kindly assist i am devastated and hurt even the manager never assisted .
