Complaint

Ordered a bed online on the 9th and I have been trying to get feedback on my order what a nightmare no one can assist I'm being sent from pillar to post and I'm being told people are working from home but this was not disclosed online so I can order at my own risk know the order will take ages. I'm so frustrated and angry right now
