Complaint

Bought a sleeping couch on 22 February 2020 worth R3200 . One of its leg was disfunctional. I took a complaint to the shop and they told me the complaint has been approved for a fix. The maintenance guy came to check it and complained to me that OK finiture is not going to pay him for the quotation he is going to charge them. So even today the maintenance guy never came to fix a couch.
