Complaint!

I bought two plasma tv’s at OK Furniture East London on the 04th of July 2020 and when I unpacked them at home the small was missing one stand base. I reported this the following day and the said I should come get the base after two days. I went and I was told to come back the following and and and, I never got the tv base as a result I had to use books to keep it still. A month ago the big one became blurry and showed vertical lines . I took it back to their store on the 14th March 2022 since it still has warranty , I was told it would get it back within 14 days. Today it is the 14th of April 2022 and they haven’t given me my tv , instead I am being sent from pillar to post just like the last time with the tv base. Irate!! Their service is poor.
