Complaint

I am very dissapointed on Upington OK furniture. We bought two sets of sofas from them and we were informed that one set is not available at store but will be delivered in 7 working days, and only one set was delivered. Delivered set was wrapped in plastics and we didn't unwrap it, because we went on vacation. On our return we unwrapped it and found out they are damaged, when we logged a complaint we were then informed that those sofas are second hand, someone had them for 3 days and returned them because they were damaged. The day of purchase we were never informed about the issues of those sofas. Spoke with the manager and he went to fetch the damaged sofas and said he will bring new set on Thursday 2025-02-13. Still today we are still waiting. When we ask for refund we are informed that 7days return policy doesn't apply anymore. They were paid cash. I have never such a bad service in my life and I would recommend anyone to buy there
