Complain- store selling items they don't have

Greetings, I want to share bad customer services we are experiencing at OK Furniture in Queenstown, Robinson Road. My mother purchased a fridge on 15 December 2025 and the store promised to delivered it on 17 December but that never happened. When visited the store today, 22 December 2025 for a refund. Instead we received a very rude attitude and disrespect from the store manager or supervisor Zanele Soyi. The lady was very disrespectful, no regards for customer service. We are still waiting for the refund after being left unattended.
