Complain

My sister bought a TV at OK Furniture Guguletu mall a couple of months ago. When she got home the TV had a broken screen and wasn't working, we've been waiting on their FEEDBACK, All we were told is that when it was on display the TV was on a good condition our argument is that what if something happened when it was wrapped as we were not shown when it got wrapped.
