Complain

I purchased a washing machine on November 24, 2023, and patiently waited for four weeks for it to be delivered. However, upon receiving the machine, I discovered that it was faulty. I contacted the seller, and initially, they assured me that they would assist me. Unfortunately, they are now reneging on their promise and refusing to provide any help, claiming that more than seven days have passed. This situation has left me extremely disappointed.
