Complain

Good Day...

I bought launch suite at OK FURNITURE store via account and later they were broken and I did went to the shop and they came to fix them, they were fixed but within a short period of time they were broken again the same way as before.

So this time it was claimed under insurance and the insurance came and accessed them and on the 21 January 2023 the claim was approved and they said OK must give me the new launch suite OK fine. Even the manager from OK FURNITURE store phoned me..

But up until now they haven't deliver my launch suit, so last week I went to OK to finish my account like paid up my account and I told them I am no longer interested in those launch suits instead I want my money back... So now they are saying they can't refund me they won't give me my money back... I want to know from you what do I do in such situation? Cos OK FURNITURE store failed me they were surpose to give me the new launch suite in February and they failed now when I tell them I dnt want them I want my money cos they never deliver my lounge suite... Please advise
