Clueless and unhelpful

<p> I purchased a cell phone STK SZ 5 “Smartphone , at OK Furniture in Ennnerdale, on December the 15th 2016, and in Febuary 2017 the phone suddnely stopped working .</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried calling the store ( in Ennerdale )there was no answer, I then decided to visit the store only to find out they have closed down (without any notice what so ever), I then call head office Head Office <br />Telephone Number<br />(011) ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>They advised me the closest OK Furniture store was in No 47 Gemsbok, 1827, Lenasia, Gauteng I paid the store a visit on the 5th or March 2017 ( unhelpful & uninterested staff) who didn’t even both to assist me properly I was advised for the cellphone to re repaired the turnaround time is 21 DAYS !! which is totally and utterly ridiculous, and I am unable to get a refund, i have emailed and called head office last week the staff smeed irriated with me, ive asked for the regional managers contacl details and they have gave me a number which continuously, the customer service and the manner in which staff speaks to clients is probably the worst i have ever experienced. </p> <p> </p>
