Christmas dreams destroyed

On Saturday 22 Dec at opening time we went to purchase a bed on higher purchase at the OK FURNITURE Eldoradopark branch. We were told they needed to send the information for vetting but the bed would be delivered ON the 24th Dec. After 4 calls to the head office and the store we were told they were still waiting for approval but the bed WILL BE DELIVERED BY 17:30 on the 24th Dec. It is 19:24 and guess what! There is no bed! Brandon at the store was no help at all in the situation. I am very disappointed and extremely disheartened by the service or lack there of. Thank you OK FURNITURE Eldoradopark for crushing a Christmas Surprise for a 9 year old girl who was getting her 1st bed and own room. Your service is disgraceful and pathetic. I shall not be so eager to help out local franchises again because this is the service you give your people.
