CHARGES LESS BUT RUNS OUT FASTER

I got myself the RAIN sim card that provide DATA right ! Im not making a poor judgement here but in honest fact their DATA is unrealistic when it comes to how fast it runs...

I leave home to work at 7h30 coming back at 18h30 thats when I use RAIN DATA from my wifi but im surprise to view my bill on my dashboard and find that in 1week its charging me R350 on 7GB when I query on this and how impossible it may be as Im hardly home to use it to this amount all Nozipho Nkomo could say is "sorry for the inconvenience"

Im sorry but I cant carry on with RAIN, Im from TELKOM which I left only for poor network coverage.Used to buy 2gb R139.99, it use to last me 3weeks full as I only use DATA after 17h030 afterwork but RAIN charges me R350 in ONE WEEK.IM IN DISBELIEVE
