Cellphone very important

So there I went into the OK branch to buy a washing machine. The security lady told me to leave my plastic bag in the floor. I refuse to and left the shop. After a while I went back in. The security lady was busy putting cream on her hands and in her language kept swearing at me because I refuse to leave my bag at the floor. There was a lady and guy busy at her station with her book. They didnt even acknowledge me ignored me. After awhile the lady come sanitise me and said leave bag on floor. I told her i want to see a sales guy. She looked at me and called Martin. Left but still in her language warra warra about the bag. Martin was busy on his phone and first looked at me and after a while put his phone away and come to me. I ask him that i want to buy a washing machine and if he can please assist me. And that i am not gonna but my plastic bag on the floor due to my wallet cellphone and car keys being in the plastic bag with 2 todler shirts. He told me the other customers leave theyre bags there and i must too. He started to be arrogant with me. Maybe because I was bothering him while he was on his cellphone. He told me they have little stuff that we can steel. I ask him if he can show me washing machine he adk me how he must do that i told him give a paper that i can see were he rep**** he doesnt have. Ok so i told him its fine ill call headoffice maybe they will help me. I immediately send threw a complaint the lady phoned me and said she is gonna ask the area manager and store manager to phone me. Well that was 10 o clock. And now its 19.37 still nothing. Ok firstly maybe if martin isint on his phone he will caught the ******* that is *****ing. Secondly he could walk with me yo the washing machines and escort me back to the door but his phone was to urgent for him than a sale. Apparently OK further doesnt take customer service deep to hart. Theyre customers can be treated like **** it doesnt bother them they have enough money for theyre monthly target
