cellphone dispute

<p>On the 24th of june i bought a blackberry.on the 25th of june I wanted to return the device just as I bought it still in the box because I wanted another device. The branch mgr phoned the regional mgr to ask permission to change the unit.bt he said there must b a fault in order to x change the unit. Ever since then i hav been unhappy with this device. On the 7th day the phone began giving me problems. The screen went blank and i returned it but they want to send it to b repaired. I told them i need a phne for work purposes and went to buy a different phne because they basicly left me stranded with no solution to my problem.As a customer i have xperienced very bad service at Ok Furnishers in caledon. Even the manager told me i will get nowhere with this issue. If this is the kind of service i get as a paying customer be sure to know i will make sure everybody knows about this</p>
