Carry through your damn promises

I went into the Heidedal store testerday to purchase a Hisense laundry machine, the guy (Thabiso) advised that the machine wasn't available in the store but there was one available at warehouse and said that i would have to pay an additional R205 to have the machine delivered to me, i told him i would collect it from the store. He went on to say that it wasn't possible as this was almost like an online purchase, like i didn't know that online purchases had an option to “collect from store” at zero cost, i paid the delivery free anyway. They treat people like illiterates all in the name of sales. This morning i received a call from him to advise that the machine that he said was available at warehouse was damaged and persuaded me to take a different brand, i refused. I just want them to know that if the machine isn't delivered by COB tomorrow my money should be in my bank on Friday so i can go purchase somewhere else.
