Good morning all. I bought a microwave in OK stores in Philippi Junction Mall in October last year,by the ending of December it was not working anymore.i then called the shop to explain the problem,they suggested I must bring the item to their shop,as I did so..Three weeks later they called me and to say they won't fix the microwave and it's out of gauranty because they found some ****roaches in it. I then asked where in their contract states something like that,and they must show me proof that on my microwave the was ****roaches, because in my house the is no ****roaches..that was around 20th of December,till today they haven't given me anything and no reason for their findings.everytime I go the it's iether the manager is not there and the is no one to help, everyone says they were not helping me from the start,I must wait for the manager.i even lodge complain on their Site,still no response from them. Can you please assist.
